Covid-19 Related Policy - Revised 2/24/2022
The health and safety of our appraisers, our clients, and others with whom we meet is very important to us. All appraisers affiliated with Barry Shea and Associates are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and we hope that you are too.
Given the recent changes in Covid related advice, we no longer require masking. However, if you are more comfortable if we all mask up, let us know and we will accommodate.
Barry Shea awarded ASA's ARM Designation
The American Society of Appraisers has a designation program for appraisers meeting specific education and experience requirements in the field of appraisal review and management. Barry was recently award the ARM designation in the real property discipline.
Shea recognized as a Certified Distance Education Instructor
Barry recently completed the qualifying courses for the International Distance Education Certification Center and is now a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI).
